Aldrin's Birthday

We all had alot of fun at Aldrin's 5th birthday this weekend. He had everything a 5-year-old could ever want!!!

There was ALOT of food (I really gotta start eating more healthy -- but hey, it's all in celebration right?)... Lots of games... and, oh yes, a C-L-O-W-N... Aldrin kept running around and whispering in everyone's ear, "The C-L-O-W-N is going to be here at 5:30" then turn to his mom and say, "Mom, what's a C-L-O-W-N?" He had no idea that he was spelling CLOWN! It's funny too, because all of the adults had dumbfounded faces thinking to themselves, "Uhhhh, what's he spelling?" Good times...

Q.T. Pie was our clown. She was very professional (is that an oxymoron?) with all the kids. You can totally tell that she has been in that trade for awhile. All of the children cooperated with her and were really entertained. She did a few magic tricks and painted their faces -- even some of the adults!!!

With a nice Madagascar-themed cake, balloon animals/hats/swords and a pinata, Aldrin's party was a 5-year-olds dream! Sometimes I wish I was still 5... your birthday was like YOUR DAY!!! And it was for Aldrin... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
